Meet Kevin Wang

When most little kids were still playing with toy blocks, four-year-old Kevin Wang already discovered his love for the black-and-white chessboard world. He first stood out in local chess competitions in Handan, then was selected as an important member of the city team. As time went by, he won many prizes in city, provincial and even national matches. More than ten years of chess journey has not only brought him trophies and but also let him understand what real growth means.

Now Kevin works as a chess coach for kids, passing his love for chess on to the younger generation. He believes chess is not only about skills and tactics, but also helps children build patience, clear logic and strong minds. He teaches in a lively and easy way, always encouraging kids with kindness. What he loves most is seeing children light up when they come up with smart moves, and watching them grow from shy beginners into brave and confident young players.
