Choose the Right Holiday Camp for Your Child
Our Winter Holiday Camp includes a variety of programs designed for different ages, interests, and learning goals. Students can choose from our classic Chess Camp, Chess + Braincraft Camp, Chess + Science Camp, or our brand-new AI + Chess Camp.
Each program combines structured learning with fun, hands-on activities, helping children build focus, creativity, logic, and problem-solving skills in an enjoyable holiday environment.
Try Something New This Holiday
This holiday, Trainstein is launching our new AI + Chess Camp — a unique program combining technology, creativity, and strategic thinking.
Students will learn how to use AI tools through guided creative projects in the morning, then strengthen their chess skills through lessons, puzzles, and practical play in the afternoon.
For existing Trainstein families, this is a perfect opportunity for children to explore a new area while continuing to build the thinking skills developed through chess.

Our Camp Options
AI + Chess Camp — New Program
Thursday & Friday Only | Ages 8–13
Our new AI + Chess Camp combines morning AI learning with afternoon chess training. Students will explore AI concepts, prompt skills, and creative projects, then build focus and strategic thinking through chess lessons, puzzles, game play, and analysis.
Chess Camp
Monday–Wednesday | Ages 5–14
Our classic Chess Camp is designed for students who want to improve their chess skills through structured lessons, puzzles, tournaments, and interactive chess activities. It is suitable for students from new-to-chess to competitive players.
Chess + Braincraft Camp
Monday–Wednesday | Ages 5–14
This camp combines chess learning with brain-training activities such as Rubik’s Cube, Go, and smart board games. It helps students strengthen logic, concentration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking in a fun and engaging way.
Chess + Science Camp
Thursday & Friday | Ages 5–9
Chess + Science Camp is designed for younger students who enjoy hands-on learning. Students will enjoy chess in the morning and explore science through simple experiments, creative activities, and fun discovery-based learning in the afternoon.
A Typical Day at Our Holiday Camp
At Trainstein, our holiday camps are designed to provide a balanced day of structured learning, hands-on activities, breaks, lunch time, and supervised games.
Most of our camp options include a morning chess workshop followed by themed afternoon activities, such as brain-training board games, science experiments, or additional chess practice.
This winter, we are also introducing our new AI + Chess Camp, where students explore AI, prompt skills, and creative projects in the morning, followed by chess lessons, puzzles, game play, and analysis in the afternoon.
