4. Please ensure you arrive on time and follow the game rules. Trainstein Chess College reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not adhere to the instructions, to maintain order and fairness throughout the tournament
5. While unlikely, Trainstein Chess College reserves the right to cancel a tournament due to insufficient enrolments. In such cases, participants will be notified, and fees will be refunded or credited
